Good Points

Nothing except the in-flight red wine.


Bad Points

Legroom was very cramped and uncomfortable. There wasn't any entertainment apart from trying to understand the announcements. No vegetarian meal option on the plane despite assurances at check-in that they had been booked. Unhelpful, disinterested and almost rude FAs. Our row of seats was not offered tea/coffee. Plane was old and poorly maintained e.g. seat would not lock upright.


General Comments

Having complained to Customer Services in London about the absence of a vegetarian meal option (when booked in advance and confirmed at check-in), and sent a reminder, I am still awaiting the courtesy of a reply.
