The only good points were that the website was easy to use and they had a good selection of well priced goods
Bad Points
I feel I experienced poor customer service when I had a problem
General Comments
I received damaged goods. I used the link on the website to email them (as per the returns instructions) but received no reply. I then tried the email address from their invoice and again had no reply. I replied to their original emails about the order and had no reply. I also left a phone message and received no return phone call. I am left with damaged goods.
