I was recommended to take these for a long night flight where i had trouble sleeping on planes, not for travel sickenss.
Bad Points
I had no side effects other than what i wanted, to go to sleep. I suppose if you want them just to fend off travel sickness, these may not be the ones for you.
General Comments
I thought they were briliant for this, the flight was 11 hours and I took them on boarding, within a couple of hours i was asleep and didn't wake up until morning. It made the flight so easy i would definitely take them and recommend them for this.
