Absolutely no bad points at all.
General Comments
Excellent customer service, helpful, polite, clear and easy to understand. Breakdown van arrived within about 20 minutes, wheel changed very quickly and the guy checked all around the car to make sure there was no other damage as a big pot hole had given the car quite a whack. Only had to use once, thank goodness, but couldn't fault the service right from initial contact with call centre to completion of the job. Will renew with this company.
