Bad Points

NONE - the product we purchased was cheaper than our local carpet shops best offer and it arrived within 5 days of ordering. The replacement arrived within a week too.


General Comments

We bought a rug which was not quite the right colour for our room so we decided to take advantage of the 7 day satisfaction and return it. I had seen another product and rang them as I wanted to make an exchange. The lady we spoke to was really helpful she processed a new order for me over the phone and arranged a delivery and collection that suited me. Its not easy with school runs to be home all day.

I don't know what other people are complaining about we bought a rug and had wovenground collect and deliver another rug and found their service to be very good. At the end of the day wovenground offer a free delivery and low prices In this world you cant get something for nothing, why should they collect items for FREE if you simply don't want them. Have you ever heard of Amazon offering free collection or for that matter John Lewis?
