General Comments

Did not receive any email from Totally Fitness with invoice confirming payment or call to say when my order was going to be delivered. Today is the 25/09/2008 and my order has been placed on the 06/09/2008.
Having called and demanded a refund. I was called back advising my product has been dispatched today, how convenient!

Overall I feel I experienced terrible customer service. Would not recommend buying from this store. Having been told I would receive my order in 7 working days or LESS. I am still waiting three weeks later.
