Although the staff don't seem to know very much, they aim to please.
Quality of print job, very poor. The staff are also really bad and following up on a complaint.
I took a cd there with a picture that I needed printing to a poster. The first attempt resulted in black dots printed every square inch. They agreed to reprint it, but the second time it had a white line down the poster. They agreed to print it again... and I am still waiting for them to call me to say that it is done.
The print quality is awful, and the customer service is the same. The staff are nice enough, but I have been waiting for this poster to be fixed for about a month now. I am getting pretty sick of it and yet I doubt they will give me any money back as compensation when they finally do fix the poster.
