General Comments

I have ordered 24 packs of floor tiles at £16.99 each. When I realized I needed some more I went to my local store and found the same tiles for £11.99. Wickes.co.uk said they can price their stuff independently from the stores and no re-fund will be given. Even funnier, whilst my online receipt showed I paid 16.99 per pack, the delivery receipt showed I paid 11.99. Apparently that was a mistake. I have been told no refund will be given. 2 days later the price on and offline were equal. I have never come across a more seemingly ignorant retailer. I feel as though they don't even care. Their advice was to take them back, but I had already laid them.
