Had thought everything was fine!


General Comments

After receiving a duplicate review later a month after the first letter! I rang up to query it. Got a member of staff who couldn ' t explain why, but mentioned as I was on a monthly contract they advised of premium changes, I said I was on an annual premium, as my form said April was the renewal date.....the girl kept stating I was on a monthly policy as I paid monthly, I asked to speak to her supervisor her said this.... I paid monthly therefore I was on a monthly policy, if I paid yearly I would be on a yearly policy....but here ' s the best bit. He said...if I cancelled the yearly policy after say 4 months, I was honour bound to finish the contract with no refund!
