Quick. Fabulous cutomer support. Knowledgeable staff. Transparent pricing, 3 month contract (though you probably won't want to use this)
Bad Points
At the upper end of the price range, but you get what you pay for.
General Comments
Odd that this ISP has a 3 month contract, yet unlike many others there seems to be no reason to move away. Yes you can get cheaper - but after hanging on to an 0845 number for ever before finally speaking to a clueless call-centre monkey I'd rather pay extra and have lower blood pressure.
No 0845, no automated phone answering, no being plunged into a telephonic abyss when you're placed on hold. Callback rather than hanging around waiting, and when the help comes it goes above and beyond.
First time I phoned them the helpline chappy taught me things about my router I didn't even know were there, speed tested my line, told me where the exchange was and gave predicted speed once the initial "choke" was removed from the line.
If you're fed up with poor service, try these guys.
