Very poor customer service. Very difficult to contact. No extras offered. You get what you pay for!


General Comments

Very disappointing customer service. I found them very difficult to contact. No extras offered. You get what you pay for! I have an ongoing claim with this company which should have been settled instantly, as the other driver was at fault. However it takes them on average 2-4 weeks to reply to me.
