Took payment even though they had no stock.


General Comments

They took payment as soon as I placed the order but took them 15 days to tell me the product wasn't available and that it would take another week to refund me.

The company is operated by DRL Limited, but I assumed it was reputable as it was operating under the Sainsbury's brand. There are similar outfits operated by DRL with fronts of Boots, MFI, Appliance Deals, Appliances Online and probably others.
