General Comments

My son phoned for a quote for his moped (value £500), was told £189.11, I phoned to pay and realised this was just third party, so I got a quote for TPFT for £236 so I accepted this, about 20 min after I accepted the quote I realised that I wasn't told the excess figure so I phoned to check and was told it was £500 (so I cancelled the policy). Got a letter today telling me there is a min charge to cancel of £30 and the refund will be in the form of a credit note. Not a good company to deal with and I wont be dealing with them again.
