Bad Points
Disappointed with customer service level from staff I dealt with on phone. Seemingly poor quality materials used. I found them to overpriced.
General Comments
I had a special needs bathroom fitted by Dolphin in January 2008. Since then, I have been left without a flushing toilet no fewer than 4 times, once for 12 consecutive days, and an ill-fitting shower cabinet door which had to be repaired twice.
