I was not pleased with the service. I could not get anyone on the phone after several attempts I found. The phone always goes into voicemail. As a result, my resume was not prepared in the manner that I was seeking. They only reply via email and it is always 24 hours later. Therefore we went back and forth for several days just to get the minor changes done and after about 2 weeks of it still not being what I was looking for gave up and chose another avenue. Please do not use this company there are probably a lot more companies out there that can deliver better than this one.
