General Comments

Toys R Us operates a really good web service. The range of items is extensive and prices are competitive.

The web site says if an item is out of stock, the shopping basket works well with special offers showing up as they should. The delivery options are clear and free for a high spend.

I placed a large order for Christmas presents on Monday evening, all confirmed as expected, emailed on Tuesday to say all items shipping, all the parcels arrived via DHL before 10.00 am today (Wednesday).

Excellent online and delivery service - just what one should expect from a major supplier.

I recommend ToysRus.co.uk; I'd certainly use them again.
