This airline is a joke!!! It all begins with the attitude of the agents on the phone, which should have been an indication of how this airline conducts its business. We purchased tickets ($3000) and were not able to use one of them, and they would NOT do anything at all to issue any form of credit towards future flights - let alone trying to get a refund. The staff on the plane is always too 'busy' to pay attention to you. When they go around with drinks, they get all bothered if you ask what your choices are, since "there is a menu in the seat in front of you, maam". The food is disgusting, which would be no big deal, except that the staff is so sloppy and poorly trained that the whole experience is just a nightmare.
