Good Points
Filipino cabin stewards were charming, helpful and friendly. Staff at La Luna were wonderful, excellent food (far better than the Bistro) great service.

Bad Points
Everything. Dirty, shabby ship in need of complete renovation. Lack of shade around pool, mediocre food, entertainment and staff attitude particularly in bars and the spa.
Did not see an officer or captain for the entire cruise; except on one occasion when an officer was telling off a member of the deck crew in front of a group of appalled passengers.

General Comments
On two occasions my sheets were marked, cabin steward very apologetic and changed sheets immediately. Complaints to reception elicited no response. Why is there only one electric socket in cabin!!! Staff in bars were rather sullen.
Substantially overcharged on two sales in duty free shop, on checking receipt before leaving shop we brought discrepancy to attention of staff who made us feel like criminals committing some kind of deceit.
Butlins on the sea, would not recommend to anyone. A waste of money.
