3D a real disappointment and Hewlett Packard are not putting mind at ease by saying the 3d coverage will improve. Cannot understand what the voice commands are saying, speaker is also poor and distorted. The map keeps reverting back to 2d mode when driving for no reason, this is dangerous as I have to keep finding the 3D button. Outlook and media player are not pre-installed.
