Good Points
Very stylish and fun to use.

Bad Points
Wish it took four slices instead of just two.

General Comments
Firstly, I bought this toaster because I needed a new kettle and liking things in my kitchen to match I bought the toaster at the same time. But once I got them both home I then began to fall in love with the toaster more than the kettle. It's great fun to use because of all the different selections you can make. But I especially love the slow lowering and raising button, instead of the usual press down leavers which pop-up quickly scattering either your toast or crumbs everywhere. It takes large slices of bread and toast evenly and all over. I have had mine a year now with no problems.
