It looks nice.
Bad Points
Control Board Failed.
Mildew & Mold are always present. The smell is overbearing. Cleaning recommendations do not work.
Clothes do not clean well.
General Comments
From day one the Neptune has been a problem. Mold & Mildew are present along with the smell. The Control Board & the rubber boot were changed under warranty. The repairs failed to correct the problem.
We are at wits end with this washer. Maytag was the best & that is why we purchased a Neptune. What a total disappointment this has been.
Unfortunately I had never been aware of the Class Action Lawsuit.
