Business manager quite helpful.
Bad Points
Never responded to a referral problem even after 2 letters - only a small amount involved but it is the principle.
General Comments
They sent a letter out to me in May taking interest of business current accounts on autopay tariff, and reverted my account to a standard menu tariff with no interest. Again, only cost me a couple of hundred pounds in lost interest and extra charges, but I thought it was the wrong way of going about things.
