General Comments

I live in Canada and ordered Zingotel VOIP off of their web site. The amount on the web was not the amount they charged me. I asked all the appropriate questions before I signed up like: if the service does not work could I return the box and receive a FULL refund, etc. Well, the service would not work because we have a wireless internet high speed connection from a tower. I called Zingotel and they kept saying (like reading from a script) " Sorry you are having problems.." "Sorry you are having problems"...again and again, but promised to send the problems to their tech support all the while the 30 day free period was running out and I reminded them of this. I called and called (from my land line) to have them fix this or let me cancel and send back the equipment but they kept making promises and telling me someone would contact me but noone ever did. All the while they are charging my credit card with the higher fees than what was quoted on their site...
I finally sent them a seering e-mail how I was going to report them to the communications over-seers and someone that actually spoke English well called me back and said as soon as they received the adapter box they would issue me a refund for all I have been charged for (minus the shipping fees). I returned the box in Nov. 2007 and still waiting. I did not push this issue anymore because I was tired of fighting with them...p
