Good Points

Have a good website. Prices seem good.


Bad Points

Call centre rude and arrogant. Failed to meet our flight as it was 15 minutes too late. Extremely poor customer service


General Comments

Arranged to hire a car with 1car1. Our flight was running late so contacted them to advise (our flight was arriving at 9:30pm not 6pm). They said they would not collect us as their last pick up was 9:15pm. It was a bank holiday weekend and we were travelling with a small baby! Told them this and they said that didn't matter. Ended up being sorted out by Avis - who were extremely helpful and matched their price.
