General Comments

I suggest you call them when it's renewal time. Exemplary customer service and support. Privilege has really worked with me when I've been unfortunate enough to have to submit claim.
They don't load your premium for claim - no - blame situations.
I really cannot find fault with this company. They've bent over backwards to assist whenever I've need their support.
