Good Points

Style is Excellent.


Bad Points

I have had this toaster for 6 months, worked perfectly, then would only warm on the same settings I had been using for that period so I sent it back. Surprise surprise Dualit said there is nothing wrong with the toaster and I need to preheat the elements. Ok fine, I turned the toaster on full and because I like my toast well done. I put the bread in, it was not even remotely brown. Please bear in mind this toaster worked perfectly prior to this. I would just select the mark just past 2 and have perfect toast.


General Comments

I have spoken to customer services several times and am now in complete dispair at their negative responses. I do not expect to pay £115 for a complete load of rubbish. Also. it cost me £7 to return it only for them to return it saying there is nothing wrong with it. I wish I had bought several toasters which would have probally lasted me for a lifetime for much less. I must add for my own protection that this is solely my own experience of buying from Dualit and not influenced in any other way whatsoever from any third parties.
