General Comments

This summer I had to go to Saudi Arabia unexpectedly. So I booked my flight with Turkish airlines, since I had to leave on the same day and it was the only airlines available. The duration of the flight from Manchester, UK to Istanbul was about 4 hours 40 mins and from Istanbul to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 3 hours. From Manchester to Istanbul was a nightmare. There were food leftovers on my seat from the previous passengers. The seats had all sorts of filth on them including gum stuck on the back of the seats and some drawings probably made by some kid. The food was inedible and the staff were so rude. I remember asking for a pillow 3 times and they never gave me one also I asked for some tea and I never saw that either. The seats we poorly made and looked very ugly .

Istanbul airport was nice, kinna looked like a mall. but my connection flight to Saudi was even worse than my man-istan flight. They put us in this plane which was the ugliest I have ever seen. The ac didn't kick in until the last hour of the flight and again the food was awful the staff were rude and poor hygiene (dirty seats, folding tables and toilets) .
I will never go with turkish airlines ever again. And I don't recommend anyone else to go with them.
I just can't believe it's a star alliance member, Czech airlines is even better and believe me Czeck airlines ain't that great
