Their website is well designed and they have an ok selection, but nothing special compared to competitors in my opinion.
General Comments
Unhelpful customer service in my experience.. I returned a disc in the mail and it was lost and they charged me for it even though it wasn't my fault I felt. I had to argue my case through email because they don't even have a phone number. Had to get a investigation but I feel the issue was never resolved so I canceled my account. Funny thing is they still send me emails!
