General Comments
Opened account at PO on 16 August with £500 prior to depositing large lump sum from maturing policy. 23 September. Have received various correspondence but no welcome pack or deposit slips. Cannot lodge more funds. Cannot get through by phone. What a waste of time and effort. Have spent a fortune on 0845 number trying to get through. All to no avail.
