We were sold the wrong thing at our travel agents.
We were told that we would be staying in 5 star accommodation, as it turns out the apartments are only 3 star and you have use of the 5 star facilities, which you have to get to via bus.
The buses only run from 10 till 12 which is inconvenient if you want to attend the disco or have a decent breakfast at the hotel, they also only run every hour and you have to eat dinner at the main hotel.
The apartments themselves are not very clean and there is only air conditioning in the main room not in the bedroom.
We were moved to the main hotel but had to pay extra, we really feel like we have been taken for a ride by Thomas cook as we were promised 5 star all inclusive and got 3 star half board.
