On time; good food and wine; good choice of entertainment on personal touch screen; courteous; clean; efficient.
Bad Points
Charles De Gaulle Airport is quite confusing - and I speak fluent French (!) But one can buy French cheese, wine and a baguette (bread) in the terminal and consume same while waiting for connecting flight - vive la France!
General Comments
I flew Seattle to Budapest via Paris with Air France and return - via Rome - in August 2008 and everything went like clockwork. Efficient, courteous and comfortable. Plus I was able to fly on Delta Miles, as Air France is a partner - fabulous! So nice to be offered complimentary champagne in Tempo Class (economy) on the Seattle to Paris leg! The food and entertainment were great too. It was a very positive experience. And all the flights landed exactly on schedule.
