Bad food. It's expensive for the level of service they provide. Unprofessional


General Comments

I had a very bad experience with Airfrance.
I had a long trip form Brisbane ( Australia ) to Hong Kong, Paris, Yerevan, and back. From Brisbane it was Qantas and it was great but after that it was air france, 12 hours from Hong Kong to Paris we had 1 meal and 1 light meal, and the whole crew disappeared in between. From Paris to Yerevan was a disaster, the flight attendants were rude and the plane was like a dump. On the way back I had to pay 150 Euros for 5 kg excess weight even though I had 7 kg still available in my hand language allowance but they insisted on charging me, from Yerevan to Paris was exactly the same story as before, and from Paris to Singapore (13 h flight) again we had only 1 meal and 1 light meal. Adding to that that my baggage was damaged.
