Bad Points
Don't tell you when flights have changed or tell your transfer on the other side that you are going to be late. Or they take six months to pay back money they are due you.
General Comments
Did not find this agency very good except when taking your money. Didn't tell us flight time had changed, didn't tell the taxi company at the other end our flight had changed. We had to pay 50 euros on taxis and then waited 6 mths after numerous phone calls to get our money back.
