Good Points

Website easy to use.


Bad Points

Paid extra £9 on top of standard delivery charge for time slot of between 8.30 - 10.30, item never came at all that day, when I chased the delivery I was told it could be anytime up to 9pm, still did not arrive. Phoned next day could not tell me where the item was so I asked for a refund as I had paid £189 with not sign of goods, told this would take 5 working days!!!!


General Comments

It took several frustrating phone calls to sort, however in the end the goods were delivered 4 days late. I feel I should have had the option for an immediate refund as the problem with my order was of no fault of my own. If I had received this kind of service in store I would have been able to get my money back straight away, not so with on-line purchases.
