General Comments
The Brethren is about three convicted judges in a minimum security prison in Florida. they start a scam to blackmail the wealthy and earn millions while still in jail. however, the snare the wrong man, a politician running for presidency with the backing of millions and the cia. intriguing.

The brethren started out with a plot that could have many different twist and turns. But Grisham couldn't pull it all together. Only until chapter 15 do you know the connection between Lake and The scam. This book was not innovative and please if you want a really good book to read read "The big Picture" by Douglas Kennedy. And please reply to me and I might lend you that book and then we can talk about favorite books. If anyone knows a good book to read e-mail me at hobo9912@corporatedirtbag.com thanks. Max F.
