Good Points
I supose the only good point is that its cheap! But you only get what you pay for!

Bad Points
The stables are far to small and shared by at least 2 horses. Whats that all about? They may have rubber matting but come on they need a bed! The yard is discustingly dirty. The attitude of some of the staff is appaling to paying customers!

General Comments
As the owner of my own dressage yard i only stumbled upon this yar when a novice friend asked me to come and watch their lesson. I was a bit taken a back at the total lack of knowlege and care for the horses and the tack, i noticed a few rather ill fitting saddles and ponies that looked like they needed a good grooming. My friends ride was a rather strong fell who was too much for a novice who had never ridden before. The instructor didnt seem too bothered when my friend couldnt even stop her ride. Overall i realy wouldnt recomend it to anybody however if your struggeling with the credit crunch it is realy cheap compared to other bhs approved centres in the region.

I'd have to agree, the yard has gone rather down hill. They shouldn't have 2-4 horses sharing stables and for a horse on its own some of the stables are way too small. The horses spend most of there time stood up in the stables and there's not any bedding either. I have to agree with you though, if your struggling for money or time then the yard is probrably just ok, though if it was me i'd personally have a lesson else where if it cost double for an hour every other week as i feel that the overall atmosphere and layout of the centre is rather poor.

<br/>Come on folks, if you ant to learn how to ride and how to care for a horse correctly give this place a very wide berth!!!
