Good Points

I find the products very good. You can easily make over payments on loans and take payment breaks every year. I have an egg money account which again shows me exactly what I'm spending by breaking it down by supplier type.


General Comments

Access to the Egg internet banking website has become progressively worse. I now cannot access the site for the third time in about three months. The website features are geared towards Internet Explorer but it seems not for other browsers.
