General Comments
We had been to Pontins Blackpool in May 2008 and it was O K.
Basic but clean and acceptable. We went again in September but this time got room 746. It was disgusting, filthy, threadbare carpet, stained walls, disgusting bathroom and generally very squalid. We had to join a long queue of money back seekers to get a refund. We drove there from Aberdeen (600 miles round trip) wasted. It appears that parts of the camp closed in May were open in September. The place seemed overbooked and the staff while trying their best just could not cope with the complaints.
