Good Points

The only good points are the rooms were fairly clean but quite small and basic. Saying this we had to complain about the cleaner not cleaning the floor after being at the beach there was sand on the floors for days. The first room they put is in had a terrible view over a felt roof and back street. We asked to be moved and the manager did give us a room overlooking the pool after our 3rd day. Another good point was going home.

Bad Points

Too many bad points to list really. I will begin with the Indian restaurant. We were looking forward to going for a meal there until we saw the prices. It was 24 lev (around £14) for a chicken madras and 8 lev (around £4) for rice. So chicken madras and rice would set you back £18. If you wanted onion bhajis they were an extra £4. The breakfast in the hotel was like a buffet style but not very nice. They give you a plate the size of a saucer and a tiny cup for tea and the toasters don't work properly. One morning I tried to make myself some toast and it took 10 mins, complained but they said there was heat coming out of them HA!

General Comments

The cost of a safe to keep your money, passports in was expensive. It would have cost us around £64 for the fortnight. The hotel was expensive compared to other places in the resort around 3 lev for a beer, which you could have for 1 lev in the flower pub around the corner by the supermarket. The rep gives you 15% off tokens but they will try and refuse to take them, in the end we gave up. The sun loungers by the pool are a joke. People are there first thing putting their towels on them and there are no umbrellas for shade. The pool shuts at 5pm although it states 6pm. We watched them throw children out of the pool by 5pm. La Banana had good reviews so we tried it on our first night. The food was disgusting. If you are going to Bulgaria thinking it is cheap you will be very disappointed the only thing that is cheap is the Bulgarian beer. The food is cheap in some places but you have to look around. Will not go back to Bulgaria mainly because the people are not as friendly as the Turkish and it is not cheaper than Turkey and you can't haggle. Give me Marmaris any day! Also, if you are catching the bus in Nessebar and Bourgas which are really cheap 1lev to Nessebar and 5lev to Bourgas be warned it is survival of the fittest with about 300 people running to the bus and pushing. You have to be just as rude and crazy as them or you will never get on especially in the bus depot in Bourgas.
