General Comments
I bought a pair of Duo boots from their Edinburgh retail store and found the whole service to be excellent. I first had a look on their website for boots and I found a pair I wanted easily. But I wanted to get fitted properly so went to the Edinburgh store where the staff were very accomodating and very friendly. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. And once I'd ordered my boots I got them delivered by Duo to an address in London within a couple days. Perfect, all-round service.
