Earlier bookings, when company was smaller, were successful.
Bad Points
Poor communication and paperwork. Not responded to correspondence. In my opinion holidays are not as advertised.
General Comments
Failed to supply holiday booked and now that they have our money refuse to discuss a refund. Failed to follow ABTA guidelines and respond to us within 28 days. Because of Barrhead Travel we have had no holiday.
