Cheap Prices, good range of products


Bad Points

No telephone number listed on website, stated 6-8 hour response times to emails, did not respond satisfactorily to points made in my emails.


General Comments

Bought my bike from Wiggle, was very happy with the product and delivery.

I placed a further order and added some notes to contact me before dispatching and explaining why I needed to communicate with them. In retrospect I should have expected no response. The order then stated that it had been processed. I then added a further note to the order and emailed sales@wiggle and had to wait 6 hours before I got a seemingly evasive response. I replied again explaining my issue and that they could intercept the order as it had not been dispatched and it would be sat in there warehouse but just got another response which I feel did not address any points I had made.
