I can not think of any thing good to say about them,!!!!
General Comments
The chap i had dealings with acted just like the guy off the natwest advert! the one when the customer has a complaint and then the bad bank manger explains how the interest charges, are for the banks Christmas do's! well that's what this chap at pc world did to me, such bad customer service, i broke my tab button on my lap top figured pc world could fix it, yeah they can at a cost of £230.00, and telling me how i needed to buy a whole new key pad, i rang sony they sent me a new button for free and all is working fine. So no thanks pc world. What ever they tell you check it out before you agree to pay for repairs or any thing for that matter.
