Good Points

Very easy to understand cover and very easy to set up on line.
Very helpful phone staff when I needed to contact them.
Prompt payment in respect of my claim.


Bad Points

None so far.


General Comments

I have 2 cats covered by my policy and needed to make a claim in the first year when one of my cats was shot and needed major surgery. I found Saga staff very sympathetic and helpful and my claim was rapidly processed. Although luckily my cat made a complete recovery I have since increased my policy from basic cover to lifetime cover as I realise now he could have been left with lasting problems.
