General Comments

I would never use these people again - persuaded to take this insurance as it was better than the carriers.

This was so not the case - takes ages to get anywhere and keep delaying by coming back with loads of questions. Just because my phone was left in the back of a cab / barred immediately - it still took 2 visits to the police station 5 phone calls and nearly 3 weeks before i received a replacement.

This compared to by flat mate who has orange insurance, dropped his phone in a canal, called to report it around 3 pm and had a new handset & sim at his work by 9.am the next day ????
