General Comments

iTunes has a good layout and is very easy to use. I really like some of the features, like recommending music based on songs in your shopping cart, and 'complete my album' offers where you already have a few tracks from an album and can buy the rest at a reduced price. Although most of the music I've wanted to buy has been available, there are a few exceptions. Also I did not find the help section very useful. However, I followed a link to a web site and managed to find the help I needed.
