Good Points

Impressed with the complex and weather


Bad Points

Food, bath had hairs in it took 3 day's before they cleaned them cleaned away after I had a meeting with the manager director


General Comments

As we have been to this complex last year in May, my view's from then and now have changed a hell of a lot.
To start with there was black hairs in the shower and the bath room floor. The food well it looks nice, but no taste.
The meeting I had with the Manager Director, well he said its not up to a 5 star hotel its only a 3 star, so that says it all.
We where planning to go back next year with the family, but that is not going to happen now.
