General Comments

I have recently had the internet installed at home after years of fighting it. I have used Internet Banking before, at a branch, but mainly telephone banking to pay bills & transfer funds. I have found both easy to use & convenient but the best thing is, I don't have to write a list any more. I can just go upstairs, log on & it's done! Brilliant! Internet Banking is convenient, straight forward, logical and always asks the question before completing the payment. My husband who is not computer literate but working on it, has registered and is using.
