People manning the desks were nice and friendly. People manning the desks are good workers. But the second that something goes wrong, it was sent up to upper management, and that is where the problems arose.
Bad Points
Management was appalling and unprofessional.
General Comments
I am down over £3000 holidays and they won't acknowledge their own receipts.
