Affordable rates, multilingual staff.

Barcelona office not directly at the airport, but they have shuttle service.


General Comments

This summer we have hired with Victoria at Barcelona airport and for our part could not complain. Normally, we are hiring at Alicante or Valencia airport with them as we spend our holidays usually on Costa Blanca. That's also why we first looked up for prices at their website and considered them as fine. Certainly, the staff in Barcelona was quiet busy when attending us but they had around 6 people at the office at that time (we picked up the car at 7 in the evening). Too, they spoke good English and German, so we didn't waste much time at the car pick up as the car was already prepared. Please see this statement against common gloominess. We for our part didn't had problems with the rental car's condition (was a Renault Modus) and were picked up in time at the Barcelona airport with a van waiting for the travellers, that arrived at the same time as we did.
